Grasspave2 – Porous Pavement – Fire Lane – Orchard Road Corporate Building

GP2 fire lane is all the grass area between the flush concrete curb and the sidewalk in the foreground.

The fire lane is a mixture of paving slabs with engraving and this grass mounded area with GP2 reinforcing.

A higher view of this area shows the fire lane continuing toward the third tower.

Winter snow is seldom plowed because the southern exposure melts it quickly. The fire department will tolerate up to 3” of snow cover.

Irrigation is important for excellent maintenance. Plan to stagger the watering cycles over several areas on a large site so that the water demands can be rotated.

The same mounds in GP2 from Picture 3 are shown here along with a better view of the shade structure and fountain.
